Same-day crowns, extractions, and pain relief — often completed in a single visit.
Common Dental Emergencies We Treat
- Severe Tooth Pain — Persistent or sharp pain that won’t go away. We diagnose the root cause using digital X-rays and intraoral imaging — no guessing.
- Broken or Cracked Tooth — A fractured tooth needs immediate attention. Our CAD/CAM technology can design and mill a same-day crown to protect and restore your tooth.
- Knocked-Out Tooth — Time is critical. If you can get to us within an hour, we may be able to save the tooth. Call immediately.
- Lost Filling or Crown — A missing restoration exposes your tooth to damage and sensitivity. We can replace it quickly — often same-day.
- Dental Abscess or Infection — Swelling, fever, or a bad taste in your mouth can signal a serious infection. This needs immediate treatment — don’t wait.
- Broken Denture or Bridge — A broken appliance affects your ability to eat, speak, and feel comfortable. Our in-house lab can often repair or replace it faster than outside labs.
- Soft Tissue Injuries — Cuts, tears, or trauma to the gums, tongue, or cheeks.

What to Do in a Dental Emergency
- Call us immediately at (615) 583-4100. Tell us what happened so we can prepare.
- For a knocked-out tooth: Rinse gently (don’t scrub), try to place it back in the socket, or keep it in milk. Time is critical.
- For swelling: Apply a cold compress to the outside of your cheek. Don’t apply heat.
- For pain: Over-the-counter pain relievers can help temporarily. Avoid aspirin directly on the gums.
- Come in — we’ll take it from there.
